Every Squircle is hand-assembled in Scotland when you order. That means no factory production runs, no overstock waste, and no automation.
Just thoughtful, human-led assembly designed to reduce unnecessary environmental impact.
Low-Waste Packaging
Your Squircle arrives in a 100% home compostable mailer bag made from cornstarch – completely plastic-free and ready to break down in your compost bin.
We also avoid unnecessary packaging:

Outer text is applied via vinyl cut, not chemical printing
Locally Sourced Components
While not all our parts are made in the UK, every component is sourced through UK-based suppliers, reducing our reliance on global logistics and the emissions that come with it.
Smart Manufacturing Materials
We use 3D printed PLA, a material derived from renewable resources like corn starch, which produces less waste than traditional manufacturing methods. Our acrylic components are laser cut for precision, minimizing excess material and offcuts.
Low-Impact Delivery
We currently ship only within the UK, cutting down on long-haul air and freight transport. Our shipping is compact, lightweight, and optimized to reduce carbon output wherever possible.
